Program Description
The Caffe Lena On The Road program is designed to offer free educational and interactive performances by world-class artists in the Saratoga Springs community and beyond through mini-residencies built around the date of the artists’ headline show at the Caffe. Artists are typically available for 2-3 community visits during each day of their residency, depending on travel and performance time, and scheduling is done on a first-come, first-serve basis, although attention is paid to being able to bring the program to as many unique locations as possible. All the artists that participate in the program are eager to connect with people in the community through these intimate performances, and can cater to whatever format makes sense for you, whether that’s a standard performance, a workshop, or even a jam session. Contact Reese Fulmer, the Community Outreach Coordinator at Caffe Lena, to get added to the On The Road contact list, hear about upcoming residencies, and schedule a visit to your school or community!
