Program Description
To combat negative attitudes and beliefs typically formed during adolescence and to give youth a “voice”, YVC established The Power of Peace workshop, a unique opportunity for youth to voice their fears and concerns in a supportive environment. A variety of experiential workshop activities promote the following skills and attributes: conflict management, leadership, teamwork and collaboration, decision making, respect for others and self, and diversity.
