Program Description

Join farmer, actress, and cook, Tannis Kowalchuk and her assistant, Jess Beveridge for a song-filled cooking class that explores the origins of cooking, how food is grown, family recipes, and the story of Stone Soup. With four demonstrated recipes that focus on the joy of cooking seasonal vegetables and healthy regional food, this is an all ages performance, with a tasty ending, when the prepared food is shared with the audience.
